Mindful eating is one of the practices that we use in the Intuitive Eating journey, but it is not the whole picture. Mindful eating is a skill that takes time and practice, but it's something that will help you develop a better connection with your hunger and fullness cues, it will help you find satisfaction in your meals, and re-gain that joy and nourishment that food can bring to our daily lives.
