This work is personal, vulnerable, and intimate; and you deserve a coach and a package that is as unique as you are. That's why I offer custom packages that work with your budget, prioritizes your main concerns, and leaves you feeling empowered, comfortable, and confident in your body, with food being a source of JOY instead of stress.

Eat the foods you love without overthinking or guilt & be fully present at dinner, not stuck in your head.

What's it like to work with me?

After the first session, most clients say to me, "this is nothing like what I thought working with a dietitian would be." And that's because the work I do is personal, it's deep, and it's meant to last you the long term, not a quick fix that gives you some instant gratification but ends up in disappointment two weeks later.

 

Whether you want to focus on Intuitive Eating, look at balancing blood sugars, take a deep dive in the body image world, talk through lowering cholesterol levels, or work on food related fears and anxiety... I'm here for you. We'll focus on sustainable habits & routines, nourishment, and consistency - not restriction or a rigid plan.

6 Months of 1-on-1 Coaching

This is where the transformation happens. 6 months of one-on-one coaching gives me the ability to really get to know you, understand your needs & specific challenges, and walk you through going from diet culture & restriction to food freedom, body confidence & empowerment.

  • One or two 45 minute one-on-one video calls each month

  • Access to a library of resources giving you a hub for support and learning so that you can explore a little further in areas you feel pulled to.

  • Unlimited chat support between sessions to create a high level of accountability and support to help with nutrition decision making, mindset reframes, and so much more. I'll literally be in your back pocket when you need me.

Some FAQs​

"Do you do meal plans?"

I don't provide rigid meal plans or strict rules. Instead, we work together to build balanced meals that fit your preferences & lifestyle, increase confidence around food choices, and create structure without rigidity. We're focusing on supporting long term change, not short term compliance!​

 

"Will you help with blood sugar concerns without eliminating carbohydrates?"

Yes. I work with clients managing concerns like prediabetes, diabetes, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol using a non-diet, weight-neutral approach.
We focus on consistent nourishment, balanced meals, understanding how different foods affect your body, and building sustainable habits — not restriction, food rules, or weight loss diets.​

"Is Intuitive Eating appropriate if I have medical concerns"

Yes! Intuitive eating can be very appropriate, and often especially helpful, if you have medical concerns such as blood sugar concerns, diabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, or digestive concerns. Intuitive Eating doesn't mean ignoring nutrition or medical needs - it means integrating evidence based nutrition guidance into a flexible, non-restrictive approach that supports both your body and your relationship with food.​

"Do I need to already trust my hunger and fullness cues to start?"

Not at all. Many clients come in feeling completely disconnected from hunger or fullness, especially after years of dieting. Rebuilding those cues is something we work on together, step by step.​

"Is this a good fit if I've dieted for most of my life?"

Yes - especially if you’ve been dieting for years. Many of my clients have tried multiple diets and feel frustrated, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in cycles of restriction and overeating. My work is designed to help you step out of that cycle and find a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food.​

"Can I do Intuitive Eating if I'm taking a GLP-1 medication?"

Yes! Taking a GLP-1 medication does not prevent you from practicing intuitive eating. These medications can influence appetite and fullness, but nutrition practices and the principles of intuitive eating: listening to hunger and fullness cues, tuning into satisfaction, and building trust with your body - can still be applied in a way that works for you.

Intuitive Eating is an approach to food and eating that emphasizes listening to your body's natural hunger and fullness cues, rather than relying on external rules or dieting principles. It's about developing a healthy relationship with food by trusting your body to guide your eating decisions.

I use the principles of Intuitive Eating, paired with my clinical expertise as a Registered Dietitian, to develop personal and customized plans for my clients. This isn't a one-size-fits all approach to health, you deserve a coaching experience that is as unique as you are!
