Coaching options include one on one intensives, a 6 month one on one coaching package, unlimited chat support, being part of an online community, and more. Not only will we dive into rebuilding a trusting relationship with food & your body, but we will also take a detailed look at nutrition specifics & supporting your health through food.

This work is personal, vulnerable, and intimate; and you deserve a coach and a package that is as unique as you are. That's why I offer custom packages that work with your budget, and leaves you feeling empowered, comfortable, and confident in your here-and-now body, in a place that food is a source of JOY in your life.

Intensives

A one time 60 minute one-on-one video session with 30 days of chat implementation support to give us the opportunity to dig into your concerns so you not only get your burning questions answered, but you walk away with a game plan. Intensives are focused on YOU, meaning they are tailored to what you want to dive in to. 60 minutes gives us the time to get under the surface so that you're leaving with practical advice you can start implementing right away.

Here's what some intensives look like:

  • Doing a meal plan deep dive

  • Chatting about how to get started with Intuitive Eating

  • Navigating implementing nutrition advice in a non-diet way

  • Customizing your hunger-fullness scale to better identify how these cues show up for you

6 Months of 1-on-1 Coaching

This is where the transformation happens. 6 months of one-on-one coaching gives me the ability to really get to know you, understand your needs & specific challenges, and walk you through going from diet culture & restriction to food freedom, body confidence & empowerment.

  • Two 45 minute one-on-one video calls each month

  • Access to the community & library of expert resources giving you a hub for support and learning so that you can continue to do this inner work and finally feel in control around your food, and develop trust in your body.

  • Unlimited chat support between sessions to create a high level of accountability and support to help with nutrition decision making, mindset reframes, and so much more. I'll literally be in your back pocket when you need me.

Here's some examples of what we could tackle in 6 months:

  • Challenging 'bounce-back culture' and body image struggles postpartum

  • Navigating the specifics of the Intuitive Eating framework and implementing practices that work

  • Revisiting nutrition & 'healthy eating' in a non-diet way after spending years entrenched in the diet cycle

  • Building a solid sense of trust in your hunger & fullness cues so that you can listen to your body & honor it's needs

  • Finding a sense of peace in your here-and-now body and learning to treat your body with compassion

  • Unlearning previous beliefs and rules about food, and relearning what it means to have a positive relationship with food & your body

What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is an approach to food and eating that emphasizes listening to your body's natural hunger and fullness cues, rather than relying on external rules or dieting principles. It's about developing a healthy relationship with food by trusting your body to guide your eating decisions.

I use the principles of Intuitive Eating, paired with my clinical expertise as a Registered Dietitian, to develop personal and customized plans for my clients. This isn't a one-size-fits all approach to health, you deserve a coaching experience that is as unique as you are!
